Poppy Los Angeles Concert reviews
Whispers Not "All There"
Since the early 70's, I have been a fan of Poppy and continue to be one today. Their music, both romantic and dance, I love. Their choreography during live shows has always been a highlight. So when I learned that Nicholas couldn't dance due to a foot issue, I was disappointed. Things like that happen and can't be prevented, but their tight choreography made me feel like I missed out on a lot of excitement at the show. Despite this, I was happy to see them again after a long time. I would definitely take the opportunity to see them if they come back to town, even if I was expecting the whole nine. Their band is great and the band director always exudes high energy, warming up the crowd. By the time Poppy walks out, you're so "In the mood!"
